Description of work: Servicing of starboard and portside of the liferaft davit, portside lifeboat davit and portside windlass

Date of Completion: 21/02/2020

Work done: Provided new operating solenoid valves and connected the hydraulic system to allow both starboard and portside liferaft davit to function to its purpose.
We have also provided new operating valves and the counterbalance valve block for the portside windlass as the existing operating valve for the windlass was unsalvageable. After replacing the new valves, the winch was finally operating with suitable speed and power.
We also have the equipment to troubleshoot the pressure system on the nitrogen accumulators of the lifeboat davit, servicing and pumping them to its optimal level for the davit to run smoothly.

All serviced equipment was tested and found to be satisfactory!
